Tanzania Lodge Safari (EDAYQ)
Duration:
12 days (may vary)
Areas: Tanzania
Tour types: Nature & Wildlife, Safari
Description
This trip includes all the essential ingredients for a wonderful safari experience in Northern Tanzania. Explore its abundant wildlife parks: from the small and intimate Lake Mayara National Park, with its excellent birdlife and bountiful elephant population, to the mighty Serengeti, this is unsurpassable safari country. Here, at certain times of year on the wide open plains we can witness the world's greatest wildlife spectacular, the migration of millions of wildebeest. During the rest of the year this park will not disappoint; with lions, zebra, rhino and leopards. More wildlife viewing in Ngorongoro Crater, home to Africa's greatest permanent concentration of wildlife. This really is the safari that never ends, while in the evening we retire to our lodges located on the edges of the park. The tour finishes with time to relax on the beautiful spice island of Zanzibar, enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Indian Ocean or the historic streets of Stone Town. The Sun - recommends Kilimanjaro with Exodus (28 February 2009).
