Trip Comment 2

It was fantastic, the accommodation far exceeded my expectations. The camp at Sable Mountain Lodge was so peaceful and beautiful. The food was outstanding and the guides were knowledgable and friendly. Especially Otto and Hassani.. Watching a family of elephants at a waterhole, vultures enjoying lunch and sharing a lake with hippos and crocs were just some of the highlights. Stone Town was lovely, and learning about the slave trade was a sobering experience. The Dhow Palace Hotel was really central and we were able to explore on foot. Nungwi was peaceful and calm. It was wonderful being able to snorkel and swim in such amazingly blue seas. Thanks for organising such a memorable holiday. Susan Rodgers. October 2007.
